Chief technical officer (m/f/d)


Full-time. Relocation or EU-based.

Here is what you will do:

Brandslisten GmbH is Europe's leading provider of customer engagement software. Our SaaS software enables users to publish exciting content and build high-reach communities. Our platforms create an active network of customers, experts and loyal opinion leaders. Our customers include DAX30 companies, trading companies and technology providers.

You shape the structure and development of the entire tech team, product and technology

You are the first point of contact for our backend and frontend developers in all strategic and technical matters

You are responsible for and supervise our Tech team, and you are in close interaction with the project as well  as product manager

You are the decision maker of the software design & architecture and you will be driving the strategic development of our product from the technical side together with our founder.

You are constantly developing the team and our tech stack so that we are always up to date and ensure that everything runs smoothly

In addition to that you will be the main stakeholder to our founder concerning the development of our mobile application “Gruups”.

This is what you should bring in:

You have professional experience with Ruby on Rails, react.JS and Flutter.

Preferably 3+ years of leadership experience e.g. as a tech lead / product lead or a similar position

Dev Ops Experience with services like AWS, Jenkins, Elastic Search, Kubernetes, Docker are a plus

You keep yourself up to date with current technology trends and are passionate about technological challenges

You are a teamplayer and you can think creatively "out of the box"

You bring self-initiative and aim for the best solution and quality

You are not afraid to make decisions and to take responsibility

You are located in Europe or willing to relocate to EU/DE.

You speak EN fluently - german is a plus.
